Inflation uplift to contracts

There have been significant financial challenges over the past year and the changes to Hampshire County Council funding from central government have resulted in a substantial cut to the Supporting People budget for the year 2011-12. In the light of this it has been decided with regret that no inflationary uplift can be made to Supporting People contracts for the financial year 2011-12. Increases for following years will be considered when future years funding is clarified.
