How do I get involved
If you are a service user there are several ways in which you can get involved in helping to improve services you receive.
- make sure that you are always involved in writing your personal support plan and make the decisions that affect you
- you can go to your local District Inclusive Forum (DIF)
- you can join the Service User Reference Forum SURF
- Or download a copy of the flow chart so you can see how easy it is to get involved.
Arrangements are in place to enable you to make your views known to all service providers.
