Supporting Hampshire’s Troubled Families Programme

From 2012, Hampshire County Council is leading a significant three year programme with partners to ‘turn around’ the lives of some 1,600 Hampshire families with multiple, complex and persistent problems.

The programme’s long term aim is for public sector agencies to work in new ways to make lasting positive changes to the lives of the families and communities across Hampshire. This will reduce potential future costs for high need families and strengthen their ability to provide care and support, and look after each other.
