Sustainable Business Partnership

The Sustainable Business Partnership (SBP) offers a range of communications, advice, training, events and support to promote the business case for sustainable best practice, and encourage businesses to adopt this approach.

Sustainable Business Partnership event

The SBP runs the Sustainable Business Network, a quarterly meeting of like-minded businesses to explore different sustainability-related themes such as energy efficiency, waste minimisation, green marketing and supply chain management.  The SBP also promotes the positive business benefits that action on environmental, social and economic impacts can bring. Events combine presentations, case studies, workshops and networking opportunities.

The programme is delivered through engagement with a wide range of both public and private stakeholders and partner organisations, local, regional and national, including local authorities, environmental consultants, business link, government agencies, businesses and various specialist support organisations. It seeks to engage with all businesses, but particularly SMEs, and places great emphasis on business-to-business learning and the sharing of best practice.

All of the SBP’s services are entirely free to businesses.
