Eclipse – a new era of bus travel has arrived

If you’ve ever wished you could beat the queues on the A32, the new Eclipse bus services might be your dream come true.  From Sunday 22 April 2012, First Hampshire & Dorset services E1 and E2 (previously routes 86 and 82) will use the new Eclipse Bus Rapid Transit busway for part of their journey.  That means they can bypass the worst of the congestion to offer fast, reliable journey times between Gosport and Fareham.  Service 88 will also use the busway at peak times to enable as many people as possible to benefit from the dedicated route.
