Traders prosecuted by Hampshire Trading Standards
|Mrs Carolyn Shires||Mrs Shires was found guilty of 6 offences under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 at North Hampshire Magistrates' Court on the 4 September 2014 in connection with the conditions animals were kept and for causing unnecessary suffering to a goat and a donkey. Mrs Shires was given a 12 month community order with a requirement to undertake 250 hours of unpaid work and prosecution costs of £5,232.75 were awarded.|
