Walking in Hampshire

Hampshire's Guided Walks

Guided walks take place on most days, led by local guides who bring the countryside to life with their knowledge and enthusiasm. Discover Hampshire's rich downlands, tranquil valleys, charming villages, historic cities and towns; learn more about your countryside, wildlife and heritage on our guided walks programme.

All walks are led by a qualified walk leader who will help you to find your own pace. There is usually no limit to the numbers who can attend, so there is no necessity to book. Dogs are often welcome, and toilet facilities are often available at the start.

Many of your guides are volunteers and give their time for your enjoyment, so please take note of their instructions. Come suitably dressed and wear stout footwear, as paths can be muddy.
