Healthy Walks

Based in the small towns around the New Forest, all our routes have an accompanying leaflet and are waymarked with a white arrow and red heart. The leaflets are free from local newsagents, doctors surgeries, community and recreation centres, Hampshire County Council Information Centres and libraries. They can also be downloaded here.

Tell someone when and where you are going walking and when you expect to be back. Wear suitable clothing and footwear. Take care crossing roads. If you are walking in poor light, wear reflective clothing!
