Any householder wishing to use a commercial type vehicle to access an HWRC in Hampshire needs a free permit to allow them to enter the site. The table below will help you decide if you need to apply for a permit or not.

Householders who use a commercial vehicle for their domestic purposes. The definition of this is a vehicle that has no rear windows and/or no rear seats, and/or an open back. |
