Course title: Managing Supervision and Staff Performance (1 day) - £25 per person
To equip delegates with practical tools and skills to manage staff performance and supervision successfully, in order to improve and maintain a high level of service.

Recognise the impact of good supervision and performance management for the individual, team, service, organisation and service user:
Establish how the principles of supervision support performance management;
Identify the various steps of conducting an appraisal;
Explore through scenarios how to give performance feedback in different situations;
Recognise ways to engage staff in the supervision and performance process to build on employee ownership of outcomes
Set SMART objectives.
