Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure we receive maximum attendance on our courses in order to pay for the cost of the trainer, venue and equipment. Therefore, there will be no refund or alternative place offered if:

• You do not attend or cancel on the day or after
• Cancellation is made within a week of the event

Disclaimer

Resources from PaCT train the trainer courses and supported learning programmes may be used to train members of staff from within the delegate's organisation.

Organisations must credit training materials and resources to PaCT. Training courses and resources must not be sold for commercial purposes.

Changing the course date or delegate

If you know that you are unable to attend more than a week before the course, we will be happy to offer the place to a colleague or arrange an alternative date for you.
