Why did you choose to join Hampshire County Council?

I was moving to the area and was interested in a job working with older people

What is your current role and main responsibilities?

I am Team manager of a fieldwork team working with adults

What other roles have you held within Hampshire County Council?

I have been a Social Worker.  This was from 1995 - 1999

What do you enjoy most about working in Social Work at Hampshire County Council?

It is an interesting and varied job.  HCC has lots of opportunities to increase knowledge and develop skills.

What support has Hampshire County Council provided to help your career?

I have been able to attend a range of courses including the Certificate in Management Course which I undertook with health colleagues
