County Council Elections
Every four years there is a county-wide election in which all 75 wards choose their representatives (three wards elect two councillors). The next elections will be held in May 2009.
You can see the results of previous County elections or you can view the results of the last general election on the BBC's website. To vote in elections you need to register with your district or borough council (this link will help you find your relevant elections office).
