The Governance Committee is required to adopt , review and amend the corporate governance framework for the HFRA. It considers reports regarding internal audit strategy , planning and delivery of services. Also, it approves the Authority's Statement Of Accounts each year and deals with progress reports on any recommendations from external and internal reports.
