About me

I'm Patricia West, Conservative Member for Andover West.  

1999  I was  elected  to HCC  whilst serving as Test Valley Borough Cllrs elected in 1995

 I stood down from  Test valley at the last election as the role and work at HCC need 100% commitment

 I have had the honour of being Mayor of Test Valley and the Chairman of the County Council,  a role not many women have held in fact I believe I was  seventh woman to be Mayor in Test Valley and third in the history of the County Council   

 I hold Cllr Surgery every month  working with my fellow Cllrs Borough and HCC and the local MP Sir George Young
