Hampshire Action Teams (HATs) comprise of the County Councilors of a given area meeting together on a regular basis to ensure that the County Council is listening to, and taking account of local needs and issues in its local services. HATs work with their partners to make improvements whenever they are needed and possible. HATs work with their partners to make improvements whenever they are needed and possible.  In Test Valley all of our HCC Cllrs are on HATS as our TVBC Cllr Colleagues  and the subject matter mirrors the need of the local population 

 We have regular update from the Highway Dept  especially about the Pot holes, Road Maintenance.  gritting and many other items which affect local people

In Andover West my Division  I have Ten Parish Councils and Town Council

  I endeavor to go to as many meetings as possible but there are often clashes in Diary dates  how ever I am in regular touch with my Parish Clerks and reports are sent
