NHS SMOKING - 0800 169 0 169 - 7 am to 11 pm every day - Specialist advisers available 10 am to 11 pm.

ALCOHOL - alcoholconcern.org.uk - comprehensive information on alcohol and on local service providers.

PARENTLINE - parentline.org.uk - help and information for parents/carers on any parenting issue.
