Adult Services Department Structure

The Adult Services Department aims to improve the lives of vulnerable adults through promoting independence and choice and enabling people to live their lives as they wish.

Hampshire County Council’s model of care and support aims to provide and commission good quality services that offer:

  • to local communities: advice, information, early intervention and prevention

  • to those in crisis: reablement and recovery, in partnership with Health

  • to those with long term needs: care and support, personal budgets for social care and personalised support plans
