Consultation to integrate mental health and social care services in North East Hampshire

Surrey and Borders Partnership and Hampshire County Council are planning to formally integrate adult community mental health and social care services in North East Hampshire.

An agreement, known as Section 75 (of the NHS Act 2006), is being proposed which will simply formalise existing working arrangements and confirm the integrated working between the two organisations.
