Age Concern Hampshire

The Village Agent Programme

Village Agents are volunteers who have been trained to work in the rural community they live to help older residents access advice and support services.

During 2012 Hampshire County Council funded a pilot scheme in partnership with Age Concern Hampshire, its success has meant funding was secured to continue to develop the programme over the next three years.

Support from Village Agents
