HC3S - HUB Free Meals

For use by local authority Hampshire County Council Schools Only

On behalf of Hampshire schools, HC3S is now able to check free school meal eligibility through a government 'Eligibility Checking Service' or ECS.  This access point can verify a person's eligibility for free school meals with minimum personal information and no need to produce documentation.

The service is now online, however if school want to use the form for their information or to continue to liaise with us for check, the documentation is still available below:
