The youth club has many activities for members; pool table, table tennis, arts and crafts, table football, jewellery making, pizza and film nights, tenpin bowling, football, rounders, Wii station, FREE internet access, competitions plus many more indoor and outdoor games. We also arrange workshops and discos plus other external excursions.

Membership of HMS DOLPHIN VCC is open to boys and girls aged 9 - 16 who live in the Gosport area. The object and aim of the Volunteer Cadet Corps (VCC) is to help children to become good citizens, with a spirit of patriotism and service and to assist them in a healthy development of mind and body.  The funds to support the Corps are raised through joining fees, weekly/monthly subscriptions, grants from the parent establishment welfare funds, CAF and Ministry of Defence (Navy). Although not fully funded by the MOD (N), a grant is paid to subsidise the cost of purchasing uniform and other equipment based on the number of cadets in the unit.
