Children and families social care teams

We have changed the way some of our teams working with children and families are organised. The new teams are more district based to make sure families and young people get the best service and experience the least changes of worker. These pages give you information about the different social care teams.

When will the changes be in place?

The new teams will be in place in the South East and Western areas of Hampshire by February 2009. New teams will be in place in the North and East of the county by mid 2009.
