Log-on Checklist

Is your password right? - some letters and numbers can be easily confused. For example a "l" could be a lower case l for lemon or an upper case I for igloo, a O could be a zero (number) or a capital letter O. If in doubt ask your FPSW to double check for you.

Joint household? - if you are trying to log two persons in from the same household, please completely shut down and start again from the link above the first time you try and set up.

Browser ? The site works best with Internet Explorer or Safari.
