Assessment and Single Plan workstream

The draft assessment and single plan approach and cohort of families for testing the proposals is set out within the Pathfinder summary (link to same summary as front page - the Mott MacDonald powerpoint slides on the Hampshire approach) at pages 12 to 25. This also sets out the SE7 regionally developed and agreed high level framework for the assessment and single plan approach.

Personal Budgets workstream

SE7 are developing a regional personal budgets high level framework. Hampshire have subscribed to the In Control (link to In Control web pages for Children's programme) Children's Programme. We are developing the approach locally as well as working with regional colleagues and In Control.
