Details of special schools and resourced provision in Hampshire

Children with more significant learning difficulties, physical disabilities or behavioural difficulties may attend a special school or resourced provision within a mainstream school. After completion of the statutory assessment process and the issue of a statement, the local authority will consider whether a place in one of these schools is appropriate for your child. Please refer to our publication Provision in Hampshire for children with statements of special educational needs  806kb for a list of mainstream schools with specialist resourced provision (pages 19-25) and special schools (pages 27-30), with details of age ranges covered and the special needs the schools provide.
