The County Council workforce is highly skilled and experienced. This priority is about how we can develop staff further to meet current and future challenges.
A new development programme for staff was launched, so that the workforce have the right skills to continue to meet the challenges ahead, while focusing on the quality of services for Hampshire residents.
We launched a new scheme for staff to contribute suggestions and ideas about working in more effective ways/improving the quality of services. In three months, over 100 staff took part.
