Terms and Conditions

• Send us your completed booking form  980 kB, if not completed over the phone, along with a non-refundable deposit of £35. Please make cheques payable to “Hampshire County Council”.
• Make full payment at least 7 days prior to Party day, re-confirming the size of your party group and confirm catering requirements.
• On the day, arrange to meet your guests outside the Visitor Centre and drop-off and pick up party children. Additional adults may join the party at a reduced rate
• On Party day, check in with Reception, receive your activity pack, and drop your cake off at the Tea Rooms!
• Minimum of 10 children per party, group rate applies for additional adults
