Unavoidable interruption to County Supplies service
Hampshire County Council will shortly be upgrading its IT systems and as a result SAP will be unavailable from 5.00pm on Friday 4 April until 9.00am on Wednesday 9 April.
To help minimise the impact of this unavoidable interruption to the County Supplies service we are asking customers to place and authorise orders for stock before 4.00pm on Wednesday 2 April to ensure delivery during the downtime.
The downtime coincides with the first week of the Easter school holidays so we hope that this will minimise disruptions to our education customers. Orders outstanding in the system will be held for delivery from week commencing 14 April or the 21 April, depending on individual schools requirements.

Non HCC customers
Non HCC customers can continue to place orders online, by fax and by paper during 4-9 April and these orders will be held in our systems for delivery the week commencing 14 April or 21 April, depending on individual customers requirements. However, if you do have an urgent requirement during the week 7-11 April please contact the Customer Services Team on 01962 826999 and they will endeavour to meet your needs.
