What should I do if I change my address or other details?

Send any new details to marketing@hants.gov.uk or inform a member of staff during your next site visit and they will pass it on for you.

I want to buy the Passport as a gift but don’t want it to start immediately as I want the recipients to decide when they want it to start - how can I do that?

If buying at a site then please inform staff of the date you wish the Passport to start. This will be added to the Passport and the expiry date will be 12 months from the date requested. If you buy the Passport online, please write the date you want it to become active in the ‘Notes’ section.

What if I currently have a pass to an individual attraction with a length of time left to run and want to upgrade it to the Culture-all Passport?

This is at the individual attraction’s discretion. They can choose whether or not they wish to upgrade a pass.

In my family there are two adults and three children but the Culture-all Passport only covers two of the children. Can it be extended for all three?

At present the Culture-all Passport is a 2 + 2 or 1 + 3 offer but we are looking into offering more options in the future. At present, if you have a Culture-all Passport and both adults and all three children visit at the same time, one of the children will be charged for entry (where applicable).

When can children go free?
