Vacancy Submission Form
All adverts are submitted on line via the online submission form which
can be found towards the bottom of this page. Your advert will appear live within 2 working days of
submission.
To aid online recruitment there is a two tier level of advertising that
can be offered using our Standard or Enhanced advertising package.
The STANDARD ADVERT package shows details of the
vacancy in standard text with contact details.
Potential applicants then apply direct for further information and to
request recruitment packs be sent to them.
The ENHANCED ADVERT package offers the opportunity
to personalise adverts to suit individual requirements and allows for additional features to be added
including:
The facility to upload attachments such as a Welcome Letter,
Job Description & Person Specification, and School Information. This negates the need for staff
to spend valuable time and money producing hard copy recruitment packs to send out to potential applicants;
Logos to highlight the establishment's identity;
Coloured swatches to enhance the overall look of your advert
Photographs of the establishment, pupils, staff; and
A selection of recommended awards to promote achievements.
The
Education Jobs Hampshire front page is available for the promotion of special events
and has the option of being used to place a vacancy on it as a FEATURED JOB which
will:
Highlight the vacancy immediately to potential applicants and
provides a direct link to the advert on the main jobs page
Enable logos or photographs to be displayed
Has proved to be beneficial in filling difficult vacancies; and
Can be used to alert jobseekers to a future vacancy at an establishment
We
hope you will find your experience using our form easy. There are charges that apply
to some of the advertising packages. If you do not hold a current FULL Service Level Agreement
with Education Personnel Services (Hampshire) you will incur a charge to advertise on this website.
