What will you learn? You will develop your understanding of personnel matters in the education context. This course will provide an introduction to the responsibilities of governing bodies for employment matters specifically in relation to recruitment, the key elements of safer recruitment, employment status and terms and conditions, individual rights and the Trade Union Relationship.
