Three Steps Ahead


Facilitated by experienced HIAS staff & Deputy Headteachers

An established programme for middle leaders in all schools who are looking to progress into senior leadership. The sessions are designed to be practical, offering a wide range or learning opportunities from group discussion, workshops and research to presentations, school visits and a 360 degree activity. Excellent teaching and learning is developed through excellent leadership in all areas of school activity and Three Steps Ahead supports teachers to grow as reflective leaders.
