On-line Booking System
The On-line booking system allows approved users to make, amend and delete bookings on courses, and to view reports of the training their establishment has bookings for.

Course Administration System (CAS)
CAS is used by training providers to administer training programmes.
Accessing the system
If you are interested in using our systems to administer or advertise your courses, please send an email to debbie.early@hants.gov.uk.
There are different types of access to the CAS system available to you
Full Administrator
Used by lead training provider staff to manage reference data
Administrator
Used by training provider staff to administer their training courses
Restricted Administrator
Used by some training provider staff to allow lower level course administration
(ideal for temporary staff)
Read Only Access
Used by Course Presenters and other provider staff to view information held in CAS, such as delegate numbers on an event.

Data Entry System (DES)
DES is used by training providers to add training courses to the CAS system.
