Groups and resources
Great learning uses the experience of others and develops it further
We have set up the following groups and mailing lists to enable you to share good practice and to enable us to provide you with national updates.
Secondary subject leader meetings
These meetings happen on a termly basis and are an opportunity to discuss the changes in the computing curriculum and to share expertise and experiences. Email County Computing Inspector/Advisor Sue Savory: firstname.lastname@example.org
Primary ICT Co-ordinators Support Groups
A mix of discussions, updates, practical sessions and sometimes a visiting speaker (often a supplier demonstrating a product). Held in local schools, once a term for two hours. Email Computing Inspector/Advisor Phil Bagge: email@example.com
Primary technicians group
A group for primary school technicians who meet to discuss technical issues and new technologies. Once a term for two hours. Email Computing Inspector/Advisor Phil Bagge: firstname.lastname@example.org
Mailing lists are an easy way for school staff to keep in touch with each other, sharing ideas on the issue of the moment, asking and answering each other’s questions. Visit the links below to sign up.
Subject-based mailing lists are also available.
