Learn a new skill or improve your existing talents with our exciting range of workshops. We have something for all interests. For ages 16 and over unless stated otherwise. Booking for all workshops is essential.

Bushcraft for ‘Grown-ups’: Campfire Cooking

Friday 10 May 4.30pm–7pm

Get back to nature and have fun learning forgotten techniques to make a fantastic campfire meal.

£30 includes the food cooked (between the group) and refreshments.

Hollyhocks – Textile Workshop

Saturday 11 May 10am–4pm

Create an unique and beautiful collage of hollyhocks with your sewing machine. All materials are provided including threads, fabrics and embellishments.

£60 includes lunch. Do not forget your sewing machine!

An Eye on Spring: Photography – Fully booked

Sun 19 May 10am–4pm

Professional photographer Justyn Willsmore presents a practical workshop with as much time as possible being spent photographing in the Gardens.

£55 includes lunch and refreshments.

Spring Flowers in Watercolour

Sun 12 May 10am–4pm

Explore the exuberant abundance of may flowers and blossoms with expert botanical illustrator Christina Hart-Davies. A chance for those with some botanical painting experience to experiment with illustrating colours, textures and forms in this fun workshop.

Design and craft your own silver pendant

Sunday 7 July 10-4pm

Create your own unique and personalised silver pendant and decorate it with 24ct gold foil using a technique known as Keum Bo. With expert tuition by Sharon Justice. Suitable for beginners.

£70 includes light refreshments and materials.
