Your Hampshire IT account managers
Our account managers visit each secondary school that has either purchased an SLA with us or subscribed to HPSN2.
The account managers are members of the IT Senior Management Team, giving schools a named senior contact within Hampshire IT. They also make it easier to access support and advice if you are experiencing concerns or just need help and guidance with any new IT requirements.
Your account manager will visit your school at least twice a year. These meetings are an opportunity for us to review your use of our services and to update you on new developments. However, perhaps more importantly, they are also a chance for us to listen to your views and future IT plans. Information we gather from these reviews will influence our future service plans to ensure they remain relevant to your needs.
The account manager service is not intended to replace existing services such as IT Support, Consultancy and Training, and schools should continue to submit these requests to the IT Help Desk. The simple aim is to provide you with a name and a face who can be your representative within Hampshire IT.
About the account review meetings
Typically we aim to deliver two meetings per year to subscribing SLA secondary schools who require account reviews at a time to suit the school.
We will be keeping primary schools updated on Hampshire IT developments via the relevant Primary Heads Conferences.
We also offer an annual SIMS visit to schools that want one.
