Freedom of Information Act e-Learning

Hampshire Learning Centre, working with specialist staff have developed a 10 minute e-learning course to introduce you to the Freedom of Information Act.

What will the Freedom of Information Act e-Learning cover?
This e-Learning looks at the way that the Act changed in 2005, and the new changes which had to be implemented into working practice. The e-Learning will show how you can follow the act and adjust your own working practice to ensure that you work within the guidelines given in the Act.

Leaning Aim:

The aim of this short e-learning course is to introduce you to some of the areas concerned with the Freedom of Information Act.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course you will be able to:

know what to do when a request comes in
now who to contact for help with requests

How to use the e-learning:
