The Management and Leadership Competency Framework

The Management  and Leadership website has been set up  as a resource to find out all you need to know about what competencies are for, what these five management and leadership competencies are, how they will be used and how they will benefit managers and staff.

You can find information on each of the five competencies:

• Political Awareness

The competency framework has been developed to support the enormous amount of change happening and about to happen in the Organisation and reflects the expectations of the Government White Paper on Strong and Prosperous Communities
