Troubleshooting Windows Vista

Below are a number of screen shots that may be encountered if the set up instructions have not been followed.

Screen 1

WThe session manager window failed to open because your web browser is configured to block pop ups.

If this screen appears, it is because Internet Explorer (or an additional pop-up blocker) has not been configured to allow pop-ups from *.hants.gov.uk.

Screen 2

Unsupported Java Virtual Machine dialogue box

If this screen appears, it  is because the Java client has not been installed - see installing Java.

Screen 3

File download dialogue box

If this screen appears, it is because the Citrix client has not been installed - see installing Citrix.
