The Regulatory Committee has full delegated authority to determine planning applications on behalf of the County Council. Non-controversial planning applications are dealt with by the Director of Environment under delegation arrangements set out in the Development Control Charter 116kb.
Agendas, including reports on planning applications, for meetings are published a few days beforehand (the Monday before a Committee at the latest) and can be viewed through the link below - see 'Committee Cycle'.
