This Self-help Kit is designed to help organisations to design, commission and provide transport services which meet the needs of their local community.

Parish Councils, Town Councils, voluntary and community organisations are well placed, because of their key role within their local community, to identify who needs transport and to use this kit to choose appropriate transport solutions.
