PROPOSED PERMANENT TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
VARIOUS ROADS, TOWN CENTRE, ANDOVER It is proposed to make a Road Traffic Regulation Order to: 1. Introduce extensions to the one-way traffic system in Newbury Street/High Street and Chantry Street, Andover, with provision for a contraflow for cyclists along these streets; 2. Remove a disabled parking bay in High Street, Andover; 3. Provide new limited parking places in High Street and Chantry Street, Andover; 4. Revise the parking places in East Street and Eastfield Road, Andover.

Hampshire County Council, to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public, due to a dangerous tree overhanging cables, considers that the closure to the road as specified below should come into force without delay.
