Marks Road, Stubbington - Traffic Regulation Order
BOROUGH OF FAREHAM (MARKS ROAD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT No.5) ORDER 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fareham Borough Council propose to make the above named Order pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 with Hampshire County Council, in exercise of the powers of the said County Council under Section 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1 The effect of the Order will be to amend the Borough of Fareham (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2007 by introducing waiting restrictions as follows:-
"No Waiting at Any Time" in Marks Road - west side, from a point approximately 34 metres north of its junction with Gosport Road, in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 10 metres.
2 A copy of the proposed Order and Maps showing the lengths of roads concerned together with a statement of reasons for proposing to make the order may be inspected at the office of the Head of Community Safety and Enforcement at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, during usual office hours.

All correspondence should be received within 21 days of the date of this notice (i.e. by 2nd February 2013).
