Sapley Lane, Overton

Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Test Valley, Basingstoke and Deane areas.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – SAPLEY LANE, OVERTON

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order to allow carriageway resurfacing/repair works, to be undertaken as follows:

 

ROAD TO BE CLOSED:    That part of Sapley Lane between its junction with Winchester Street and its junction with Greyhound Lane

 

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Via Winchester Street and Greyhound Lane.

 

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 31 October 2011 for a period of 12 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner.  (Notwithstanding the above it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 5 days )  

 

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
