Make sure you don't end up on the naughty list with these simple tips for recycling at Christmas...

Christmas cards

Pop them in the recycling bin! If you want to reuse them , why not turn them into next year's gift tags? Or save the paper altogether by sending an e-card instead.

Wrapping paper

Can't be recycled so please place in your normal waste bin. Or keep it to reuse next year.

Christmas trees

Potted? Plant it in the garden and nurture it until next Christmas! Cut? Take it to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre, or contact your local council to discuss collection schemes.

Christmas dinner

Use up those leftovers! Love Food Hate Waste have some yummy recipes. And don't forget, all of those vegetable peelings are great for composting.
