Hampshire County Council provides 24 HWRCs across the County for householders to recycle or dispose of their bulky household and garden waste. They are operated on the Council's behalf by Hopkins Recycling Ltd.

Hampshire's HWRCs recycle an average of more than 60% of the waste brought into them!
Sprucing up the garden?
All HWRCs in Hampshire are open every day and accept a wide range of bulky household and garden items for recycling, including grass cuttings and hedge clippings. The majority of sites are open from 8am-7pm, except Hedge End which opens at 9am on Sundays and bank holidays, and Hayling Island which opens at 9am every day.
