We have a range of rooms available for hire at competitve rates, with capacities from 10-200. Please use the tabs below to explore the options available in each of the rooms. Dance Studio

Our spacious dance studio is a bright and sunny room with a wooden floor, full length mirrors and barrés. This room is ideal for dance or exercise classes, meetings, classes or non-messy workshops.

Art room This large room is ideal for messy creativity, with easels, tables, chairs and a sink.

Theatre

Theatre Our theatre space is extremely adaptable with raked seating or cabaret style seating if required. It can also be cleared for standing events. There is black curtaining around the room and staging is available. We have experienced technical staff to support you and professional standard in house lighting and sound equipment.

Capacity: 30 people seated at tables, cabaret style seating 106 people, raked seating 140 people, standing 200 people.

Creative Parties

At a loss how to celebrate you’re a special birthday, hen day or anniversary? Why not have a creative party at the West End Centre?! Suitable for children or adults, we'll provide the artists, materials and space, all you need to do is bring the crowd and the party food! Choose an activity from pottery, felt making or willow weaving. The first hour of your creative birthday experience will be spent getting crafty, working with an artist, in the second hour you have space to serve your own food and drinks.

Mon - Fri	4pm-6pm	£10 per person, minimum charge £100, £30 non-refundable deposit taken at time of booking.
Sat	2pm-4pm	£10 per person, minimum charge £120, £30 non-refundable deposit taken at time of booking.

Optional Extras

Tea and coffee can be provided for all daytime room bookings, this charged at 40p per cup, please confirm numbers this at the time of booking.

A flip chart, projector screen, hot water flasks, tables and chairs are all provided and set-up free of charge, please confirm your exact requirements at the time of booking
