The role of the Leadership and Management team is to strengthen the Organisational Development framework for Adult Services with a specific emphasis on leadership and management development. Good leadership is a key requirement to a successful and high performing team, service, department and organisation. The purpose of the team is to support individuals who have a leadership role with their development as leaders and managers.
